He worked as senior resident in general surgery in Delhi. He then join the most prestigious wadia children hospital, Mumbai & did M.Ch Paediatric Surgery from the same Hospital. After doing M.Ch he worked as lecturer in Paediatric surgery in KEM Hospital Mumbai. He has a vast experience of 11 Years in operating upon children. He specialises in various open and reconstructive surgeries as well as laparoscopic & endoscopic procedures of newborn, infant and children.
He has many Scientific Papers to his credit and has been actively associated with many State and National Conference. His research on the Superior venacaval syndrome: A 3 case series - was awarded best oncology paper in MCIAPS, Goa 2010.
